Financial Advisor & Owner

Kevin Bucher co-founded Citizen Advisory Group in 2006 to help area residents map out and implement successful retirement plans. Kevin is an Investment Advisor Representative under Advisory Alpha—a SEC Registered Investment Advisor—and he has a life and health insurance license in Ohio.

Kevin has earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation through the American College and is a five-time Million Dollar Roundtable “Top of the Table” member.

In college, Kevin was a varsity letter holder for the University of Toledo wrestling team, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics). He is a former high school math teacher in the Toledo Public School system, and he coached high school wrestling in Northwest Ohio for 15 years.

Kevin resides in Whitehouse, Ohio, with his wife, Heather, and their Goldendoodle, Zeke.

Million Dollar Round Table (“MDRT”) is a membership organization. Qualifying criteria for membership includes attaining specified levels of commissions earned, premiums paid or income earned on the sale of insurance and other financial products each year to continue membership. Peter Samenuk, CFP®

Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner ^TM

Peter Samenuk, who many know as “Pete,” is a financial advisor with Citizen Advisory Group. Pete is a CFP^® professional who has been with the firm since 2010 and has a passion for helping people. Pete is an Investment Advisor Representative under Advisory Alpha—an SEC Registered Investments Advisor. He also holds a life and health insurance license with the state of Ohio.

Pete earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in business administration and accounting in 2009.

Outside of attending college in Columbus, Pete is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio and a graduate of Perrysburg High School. He and his wife, Brae, welcomed their first child and daughter, Raya, in April of 2022. Pete and his family reside in Perrysburg with their dog Oscar. Pete is the youngest of three brothers and enjoys fishing, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
