Meet Luther.

Luther Rupp, a native of Wauseon, Ohio, joined Citizen Advisory Group in 2019. Luther brings 13 years of experience, having a successful business in senior health, life, and annuity markets in Northwest Ohio. Luther is a member of the National Association of Professional Agents. He attended Taylor University, graduated from Toledo Bible College (now Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana) with a bachelor’s degree in Religious Education. He also attended Columbia Graduate School of Bible and Missions in Columbia, South Carolina.

Luther served two years in the U.S. Army and four years in the Marine Corps as a Cryptologic technician—Russian language. Following his time in the service, he worked in Korea as dean of the English language department of the Korea International Trade Association and as a speechwriter for the senior executives. He also volunteered at the Centennial Christian School and the Far East Broadcast Radio Station in Seoul.

As an ordained minister, he speaks upon request at various churches. He has authored a book on prayer and written articles for the local paper and other publications. Luther dedicates himself to doing his best for clients and others. He thoroughly enjoys his two adult children and his new grandson. He also enjoys people, reading, ballroom dancing, pickleball, and jogging (he once jogged the entire beach perimeter of Florida).
