The two began grassroots style, knocking on doors, grinding daily to build clientele in the insurance sector. Before long, Kevin and Jeff transitioned to holistic advisors and launched their independent practice, Citizen Advisory Group.

The Buchers quickly realized that while they built financial plans, what they really did was help enrich their client’s lifestyles. With that in mind, they continued to build Citizen Advisory Group by purchasing a tax practice for tax planning, a healthcare business for healthcare planning, and a property and casualty business for auto, home, and term life insurance. 

They saw value in their work because it cultivated better lives for their clients. Kevin and Jeff then incorporated a social lifestyle element into their approach, fostering a community among their retired clients to promote continued activity and engagement.
