Kevin Bucher

Kevin Bucher co-founded Citizen Advisory Group in 2006 to help area residents map out and implement successful retirement plans. Kevin is an Investment Advisor Representative under Advisory Alpha—a SEC Registered Investment Advisor—and he has a life and health insurance license in Ohio.

Kevin has earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation through the American College and is a five-time Million Dollar Roundtable “Top of the Table” member.

In college, Kevin was a varsity letter holder for the University of Toledo wrestling team, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics). He is a former high school math teacher in the Toledo Public School system, and he coached high school wrestling in Northwest Ohio for 15 years.

Kevin resides in Whitehouse, Ohio, with his wife, Heather, and their Goldendoodle, Zeke.

Martin Lopez Tuero, CFP®

Associate Advisor

Martin Lopez Tuero is a CFP^® professional. He’s an investment adviser representative under Advisory Alpha and a licensed life and health insurance agent in Ohio.

Martin joined Citizen Advisory Group in 2019. In his role as an account manager and associate advisor, he serves as a focal point for new business into the firm and prides himself in exceeding client service expectations.

Martin previously worked as a licensed broker for Charles Schwab and as a systems engineer for the State of Indiana. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 2014.

A native of Argentina, Martin is passionate about soccer and traveling. He’s an avid reader, a cinephile, and a roller coaster enthusiast.
