OUR HISTORY
In 1936, Harley Allion founded Allion Insurance Agency. Harley sold the agency in 1959 to his neighbor, Charles “Chuck” Witte, who renamed the company Allion & Witte Insurance. Chuck incorporated the company in 1972 under the name A-W Insurance.
Chuck’s son, Jack Witte, joined A-W Insurance as a sales agent in 1981. Jack purchased the business from his father ten years later, and Chuck retired to spend winters in Hawaii.
Kelly Rill came on board in 2000 to run the office. Jack considers hiring Kelly, who became a sales agent, the best management decision of his career.
After forty years in the insurance business, Jack decided to take the agency to another level with new ownership. In 2021, A-W Insurance became Foresight Insurance, LLC and part of the Citizen Advisory Group family of companies.
