Meet Heather.
Heather serves as an Account Manager for Citizen Advisory Group. She services day-to-day paperwork and is responsible for customer success. Heather has amazing attention to detail and is the first person called when something in the office needs fixing, whether it’s a computer issue, broken fixture, or appliance.
Heather grew up in Waterville, Ohio, and graduated from Anthony Wayne High School. She joined CAG after a nearly two-decade career with the YMCA of Greater Toledo. Her passion for customer service earned her many awards throughout her career.
Heather resides in Whitehouse along with her husband, Kevin, and their Goldendoodle, Zeke. She has two children and three grandchildren. She hopes to visit the Redwood Forest and Yellowstone Nation Park someday.

Food: Twix
Guilty Pleasure: Sweets (therefore, Twix is her favorite food)
Season: Fall (Heather loves the cooler weather and the changing of the leaves)
Vacation Spot: The beach (She especially loves being by the ocean, the salty breeze and the sound of the ocean)
Movie: Elf (She finds the movie hilarious and heartwarming)
